watermarked pictures

I've seen some watermarked pics on the forum. Is it allowed to post them. I know the photo agencies do not appreciate that much fan sites to post their pics.

I just do not want trouble.:unsure:

i don't think it really matters i've seen alot of sites that post watermarked pictures all the time so i wouldn't worry about it

I cant see that as a problem because that's why their watermarked in the first place, so people know where the photo's come from. So photo agencies can't complain :)

I have a forum on elton john and Isifa requested all their watermarked pictures to be removed from the forum. Also, I'm a member of a madonna forum and the administrator also had problems with watermarked pictures.
