A man dressed as Jesus brandished a pornographic magazine among a crowd of young Michael Jackson fans in Bayswater, a court has heard.

Self-styled comedy terrorist Aaron Barschak appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court in London charged with using words or behaviour amounting to harassment, alarm or distress.

The court heard that the alleged incident happened on November 14 2006 when Michael Jackson was staying at the Hempel Hotel.

A COMEDIAN accused of harrassing Michael Jackson fans has been cleared.

A MAN dressed as Jesus brandished a pornographic magazine among a crowd of young Michael Jackson fans, a court heard today.

Self-styled comedy terrorist Aaron Barschak appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court in London charged with using words or behaviour amounting to harassment, alarm or distress.

The court heard that the alleged incident happened on November 14 2006 at about 1am when Michael Jackson was staying at the Hempel Hotel in the Bayswater area of the capital.

Police were drawn to Mr Barschak after he shouted: "Michael, are you here for Children In Need?"

A young fan complained to police that he felt “threatened” and “distressed” and that the magazine caused distress to children in the crowd.

Danny Oliver, 23, a Michael Jackson fan, who claims to have been to the singer’s Neverland ranch and spoken to him on the phone, said that Mr Barschak “stank of alcohol”.

Mr Oliver said: “I remember hearing him shouting, ’I am here to show him what’s wrong, I’m here to bless Michael’.”

He said Mr Barschak had ruined a “happy atmosphere” in a crowd of about 300, including young children.

The long-haired Barschak, of Walm Lane, Wilsden Green, pleaded not guilty to the charge.

Mr Barschak, who famously gatecrashed Prince William’s 21st birthday party in 2003, said he did not deny that he was holding a pornographic magazine but that there were no children present.

Defending himself, Mr Barschak said: “I put it to you, Mr Oliver, that it had nothing to do with the children but that no one is allowed to take the mickey out of Michael Jackson.”

But after Mr Barschak had finished cross-examing the prosecution witnesses, the district judge ruled there was no case to answer.

Danny asked me to post about this on MJNO but it was the day before it closed so I never got round to doing it. :lol: But yeah, I was speaking to Danny on the phone the day he went to court and *hopefully* this stupid pathetic man will actually get what's coming to him one day. People like him make me sick. What kinda person goes around trying to cause trouble and get at people like that. It really makes me angry when people DELIBERATELY try and cause upset to others for no reason whatsoever. But yeah, Danny told me apparently the patethic excuse for a person just made a complete fool out of himself in court and had everyone laughing AT him.
