Least favourite MJ album?

For me, Its definitely Invincible, no doubt about it. :yes:

Theres only about 4 tracks on there that I like (YRMW, Butterflies, Break Of Dawn, Heaven Can Wait) The rest I can't stand, I'd rather listen to Akon anyday. :mellow:

BOTDF for me...I really don't like remixes...and frankly most of whole album was remixes :sad:

Off The Wall, the weakest and oldest of the lot. With only three songs written by Michael, it makes it the least Michaelish as well. Half of the album is just average stuff: (GOTF, Girlfriend, ICHI, ITFIL, BTDO). Highly overrated album IMO.

Invincible on the other hand has so many brilliant songs and so many others you can really dig into.

Well I have never heard 'Off the Wall' except for one song. but of the others BOTDF is my least fave, followed closely by 'Bad' because frankly they both had a weird, kinda of 'I'm in a frikin hurry to get an album done!' kind of sound.

Invincible could have been spectacular if MJ hadn't been tired. I mean seriously, he sounds exhausted by the end of that disk! Its almost like he tried to record teh whole thing straight through!

Thrill rocks! Dangerous Rocks! HIStory is good.

I am going to have to say Invincible. I used to really like that album but I definitely prefer his other albums instead. Mainly his Thriller, Bad, Dangerous, and HIStory albums.

This is really hard, because I go through phases of albums being my fave/least fave. :hmm: I'm not gonna include BOTDF because that only has 5 new tracks on and I like them all. :yes: My last fave is probably Dangerous because there's a few tracks that I don't listen to, like the ones after WYBT and Jam and Why You Wanna Trip On Me. It also has some of my favourites on there like Will You Be There, Heal The World, Remember The Time, Can't Let Her Get Away. :wub:

I'm kinda the same with Invincible too, that has some AMAZING songs on, YRMW, Heaven Can Wait, Break Of Dawn, Butterflies, The Lost Children :wub: etc. but it has some of my least faves on there like Privacy, Cry and Heartbreaker/Unbreakable (those first three tracks sound the same IMO)

I'm not gonna count Blood On The Dancefloor...so the remaining two would be Dangerous and Invincible... If I had to pick, I would pick Invincible...but somedays I like Invincible better than Dangerous and vice versa. Nothing will ever compare to Thriller or Bad.

Off The Wall, hands down. Don't like disco a whole lot. Sounds too outdated and it contains the horrible "Grilfriend" no 21 year old should sing that kinda song. Blurgh.

Gosh this is WAY hard :eek:. I would say BOTDF.. but I LOVE all 5 songs that are not remixes. I dont wanna say Invincible either cause I LOOOVE that album.

I guess I will go ahead and go with BOTDF since most the whole album is just remixes. I hate saying that though cause I still love that album! arhg

i know it may be a news flash..but it's possible to like every album an artist makes. if they're good, they're good. if they're not, they're not. and, well..they're all good. and that's all there is to it.

Invincible was not mj... Too many producers, That's why I kinda hate it... It should have been called MJ and friends. Or every producer and everyone else including MJ.... I hope to god mj is writing most of the next album himself..

Way too many people worked on it, way too digital sounds and not enough real instruments and good melodies.
The first 3 all the sound the same, and that puts me off completly.

Tough choice, I'm going to say....BOTDF. Mostly because of the remixes, I mostly listening to the first 5 songs and a few of the remixes.
