Customize Blogs -- How?

How do you customize your blogs??
I am sure a lot of others are wondering about this too haha! :lol:
LOL apparently I either can't find it or
I don't have the option or permission to customize my blog
also it is saying that uhm, I am not allowed to delete my own blog
So please help here. :hoplol::no2:

You can customise your blog much the same as your member profile within the forum.

Do so by clicking on your blog control panel and there will be an option.

Also, you may not delete your blog entries. Please PM a moderator or admin if you truely wish to not have the entry there anymore.

Claire I got this when I tried to clikc on the link you gave me

and I don't even have it in my control pannel it just has Blog and thats it.
