What are Best Blogs & Best Entries?

I suppose Best Entries are listed based on the number of views they've had. And Best Blogs by the sum of the number of views of all the entries in them. Please correct me if I'm wrong :)

Or Maybe we could have a blog rating system ;)

There is an option to rate each blog entry. The more stars an entry gets the 'better' it gets. If you have stars on lots of your entries then you by default become the best blog.

It's on the top right hand corner of the person's entry. :)
