I'm surprised 'Just Good Friends,' hasn't been mentioned yet, Michael may very well have been a part of the creating and writing, the same way he worked on 'Starlight,' with Rod Temperton that eventually became 'Thriller.' And the fact that Stevie Wonder was chosen as the other artist (perhaps by Mike,) is a nice little nod to Motown (which Diana is a part of,) wasn't lost on me.

Then they were really sneaky at the Oscars, weren't they? both fooling the public to think that Michael could play Diana's son in a film, as if???

Of coarse MJ &DR could have pulled off an affair. I beieve that they both realized that a public relationship wouldn't work. Of coarse it hurt Michael when she got married, but in a way that marriage may have been a cove especially when it fell apart very soon. No one would ever suspect Diana of having an affair cause she is "happily married" and Michael is far too innocent to ever be with a married woman
