I was just wondering how you guys felt about their relationship together. I have always felt that out of all of the women that were known to have been with Mike that Diana would have been the best one for him. I know they were never acually together(only in his head) but he loved her so much and it showed everytime that they were together. I feel so bad that Diana didnt feel the same way about him. Maybe he would have still been with us today if they would have gotten together.

That's what I think. I think he was in love with her, but it was one sided. But she was so charming and flirty, it was hard for him to get over her. But you're right, maybe things would have been different if they were together. And the fact that he left his children in her care in case his mother couldn't, means a lot. By the way, do the children know her?? I mean, they must, if he wanted her to take care of them.

Check out the difference in expression in these two clips. This one was before Diana got married. Michael seems happy to be around her and hugs her long and tight.


This one is when Diana is married. Check his facial expression as he looks at her around :11. I dont even know how to explain it becasue he doesnt look too pissed but at the same time he is definately not happy. And at :40 he seems to be checking her out but he looks upset that Lionel is hugging her. He is like: Okay you can stop hugging my woman now. He was really jealous and upset this night.

If a one-sided love can be described as somebody's love of life then Diana was Michael's love of life. Too bad she couldn't look at him that way, probably because she knew him since he was a little boy.

I too wonder if a lot of things would have been different in Michael's life if Diana had reciprocated his feelings. I guess, probably yes.

I question Diana's sanity! I mean how could you deny Michael? He's just so sweet and yummy. And those gold pants, sweet lord!!! But on a serious note, I really like Diana Ross, It's a real shame that she didn't feel the same way about him as I think she would have brought something stable to his life.
