HTV: La Toya Jackson Sounds Off On MJ Manslaughter Charge

The family will jump through the roof if this guy gets it too easy.I have a feeling the court is going to go easy on him which is messed up.

If Murray gets off, (which I'm afraid of) hopefully the family will file a wrongful death lawsuit.

I am not sure what will happen. I just hope Murry's team doesn't play dirty and release MJ's private medical details to the tabloids. Most people that have gone against Michael in the courts do this like Marc Schaffel that released phone conversations when he sued MJ.

I think Murray's team will play very dirty. This will be very ugly, they will do everything in their power to get him off, by any means neccessary.

If he gets "accidental" death charge,I read he's maximum charge could only be 4 years in prison.

4 years in Prison! compare it to the kids going the rest of their lives without him.

Foul play is the defense strategy looks but the circus that is mounting in the press with his arrest and tabloid reports that Murray visited the grave of Michael.
