and Taborelli claimed that on his 50th birthday, Michael woke up having regrets about what he had done to himself...surgery wise.
That guy annoys me so much... How would he know these things? Or that Michael had nightmares? He had no contact with Michael, come on!

Obviously he just wanted some publicity for his book...

Did not like the show at all. The reporter called Mike the "self-proclaim King of Pop" and that pissed me off. This show was another hatchet job on Mike. Another thing that bothered me was he rented a house in Ireland. The people he rented from were on the show talking about how he came there to "get away" and for "privacy"...but then they showed secret pics they took of him from a far on the grounds with his children!

They talked about Mike being "close" friends with the Arab prince and reneged on a deal for an autobiography and albums. Friends don't ask you to sign contracts to help you out.

Dateline nbc negative commentary

I didn't watch it Friday. MSNBC showed repeats on Saturday. I agree with other posters I didn't like that couple in Ireland sneaking shots of MJ. The people they interviewed Bahrain seemed genuiune. The Las Vegas stuff and Taraborelli could have been left out. What I benefitted from the end of the show was revealing Dr. Murray's timeline of events leading to MJ's death are not factual. The voicemail with the time stamp on it at 11:54 am... They also showed the Dr. at church talking with shades on eyes. Why would someone wear shades on in church, so the people of God can't see your lying eyes? Um, I wish the Dr would not fight the charges, don't drag it out, because it was so wrong what he did. Anyone that is not dr knows not to give someone all those drugs on the same day/week or month and expect the person go to sleep and wake up.

Dateline using those online magazine editors as sources is like national enquirer style if you ask me. I think the female said last year that MJ didn't have a nose when he died. The eye patch eye columnist whatever...

Michael Jackson was like a hero to me growing up. Freakin' kryptonite media murdered MJ.

Some parts of the doc were interesting. Other parts made me want to throw up.

You know, what really pissed me off was hearing "Murray" say "I was in the wrong place at the wrong time." I had read about it, but actually hearing it come from his mouth made me want to jump at the TV and strangle him. I don't know how he even has the nerve to say something like that. I wonder if any other murderers have used that lame excuse.

I agree with you. But maybe he was referring talking on the phone while MJ wasn't breathing.... The boldness of some people. I mean really in the church of all places. I was shocked when I was Dr. Murray in a church talking like that.

I didnt see the whole thing, but I didnt have a problem with the couple taking a picture of Michael with his children in the yard. I mean, it was taken years ago and this is the first time we are seeing it. They never sold it to a tabloid or anything. If I had a superstar playing in my backyard I would take a picture too. They didnt have any bad to say about him either. The people in Ireland didnt seemed to judge him like we do in America, same thing in Bahrain. I am glad he was able to relax out there, even if just for a little while.

Yeah, the Irish couple said they were surprised at how "normal" MJ was and the only strange thing they saw was when he went to town in his pajamas... and we all know how Mike loved his pjs.

I love the jammie look he sure loved wearing pjs.

P.S. regarding Dateline I didn't watch it because I knew it would be negative. As MJ fans we should know that the mainstream media will always portray Mike in a negative light...they want to tarnish his legacy.
