Mesereau's right. They've gotta do their job properly, going for 2nd degree murder without the sufficient evidence would have been a terribly BAD move. I'm just upset that that sufficient evidence isn't there, or has been covered up. I'll be really interested in Mesereau's opinion of everything once all of this is over.

I agree. I don't believe Murray murdered Michael in the legal sense of the word. He is most definitely responsible for Michael's death, so in that way it was murder. I think manslaughter is the correct charge, but he should get the MAXIMUM penalty for it...

Tom is made of win. I really respect him. I think he would be VERY hurt by Michael's passing.
