Addicted to your light
![]() BAD Poster!! |
It's more profitable to trash Michael than to defend him. It all comes down to money and sensationalism. Didn't Aphrodite Jones say that she couldn't publish her book because it was "pro-Jackson" and that was simply not allowed? Ian Halperin had to omit certain truthful facts or else he couldn't publish his book. Although his book pretty much clears Michael, they still didn't want to make Michael look too good. So let's keep the theme that he was still a shady character. Just for popularity's sake.
I'm outraged that people are still trying to slander him after his death, but I think most people in the general public and around the world aren't interested anymore. Either there are people like me who "have seen the light" so to speak and won't fall for this crap anymore, there are people who are simply tired of the circus and there are people who want to remember him for his music and leave his private life alone. That's just the general impression I'm getting. I mean, if everyone hated him or thought negatively of him, why was the time of his death such an emotional period for our culture? If he meant nothing to the world or if everyone thought he was guilty, why were there so many tears? Why did the world stop in the summer of 2009? That's why I think the majority either believes Michael's side of the story now, or they just don't care about his personal life anymore. The kind of people who will buy into this garbage, point and laugh at a dead legend...those people are probably a lost cause anyway. Who cares what they think? As time passes, I think the scale is going to tip and either people are going to learn the truth about Michael Jackson or they won't care about his personal business and just remember his music. But years down the road, I believe he will generally be admired for what he gave the world. And these lies will just sink to the bottom of this stinking cesspool known as "the media." |

Music & Me Poster!

This is unbelievable. How can you analyze and speak about the mental state of a man that you have never met. How can the author give an accurate portrail of who Michael was and his behavior when his information/research is be based off of tabloid reports and second hand gossip.
The worst part about this is that the main stream media will take the info written in this book and run with it because it compliments their portrail of Michael as child loving weirdo. What I am going to try and do is find contact info for Michael's estate and sony music (I do not know if it will be easy). The persons in charge of his estate need to be aware of these books that are a detriment to his legacy. Sony music would also be interested to know of books such as these. Everyone has jumped on Michael's boat now and Sony is profiting from his popularity. The sales of This Is It and any future merchandise associated with Michael is highly dependent on keeping Michael popular. Sometimes it boils down to dollars and cents; if Sony intends to continue making money off of Michael's legacy then they will want to stop any publications that damage his image. If Sony and the Michael Jackson Estate can snatch videos of Michael off of youtube they should be able to do something about this book. I am really going to do further research on how this book can be stopped, because the more I think about this book the more sad makes me. |

Superman Tonight
Off The Wall Poster!!

I just got a PM on youtube about this...I nearly started to cry reading what it was about. I can't believe that even AFTER this poor man died we still feel the need to try and tarnish his image. And I agree with Amyable_Nature, it is WAY more profitable to trash him than to clear him. People eat up horrible things, but never good things. I don't know why, but you can see it even in regular news papers. The HORRIBLE things are always in the first 10 pages...the good things in the back. Because what sells more? The serial killer or the $10 million donated to Haiti?
I think what sickens me the most is the fact that it is due to come abotu June 7, 2010...18 days before the 1 year anniversary of his death. I mean can it be any more of a slap in the face? Not only is it being published at all but it is being done so AFTER his death ad well as nearly on the anniversary of that death. This seriously makes me want to either scream out in anger or break down in cry. Both emotions are so overwhelming that I can't decide. And to answer your question, I believe beyond a resonable doubt that he is innocent. When I was younger, I just accepted what I was told and thought "Oh...he's a bad man okay." But as I grew up and matured and began to look into everything myself, I saw the lies for what they were and uncovered the truth. And to this day I believe he is innocent and the victim of beign taken advantage of the people he tried to help. |

Got To Be There Poster!

good grief...
more scratchin' for material. Michael doesn't need re-inventing; more psychobabble & analytical BS. Boy-love ? Shame on this jerk. Another who's failed to see MJ who he really is. Guess what, Toms ? Allow me to give you a fact. Michael has proven that he loves all children. The special place he created was due to a special place in his heart for children who are deprived of survival needs & love and children who are have serious illnesses. Where' this guy been ? Obviously not in touch with Michael J. Jackson's life or bio. Ugh ! |
